Marc Oliquiano Musni is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a comprehensive educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2010 and a Master of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University in 2018. He is nationally certified as an Adult/Gero Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society in 2018. Marc also holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Bloomfield College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2008.
His professional journey includes serving as a Critical Care RN at Jersey City Medical Center from 2014 to 2019, where he specialized in trauma and post-open heart surgery care. His exemplary service earned him the Daisy Award for Outstanding Nursing in 2014 and a Citation for Outstanding Employee Service from The State of New Jersey Senate Legislature.
Marc is deeply committed to preventative healthcare and has specialized as a Nurse Practitioner in anti-aging, weight loss, and wellness modalities. He is also a certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Science and offers coaching in nutrition and exercise.
Outside of his professional life, Marc enjoys spending quality time with his family, hiking, engaging in CrossFit, and traveling to warm destinations for vacations.
Oscar Munoz Jr. is a board-certified Nurse Anesthetist with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Paterson University, where he graduated in 2009 and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. He completed his Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Rutgers University in 2019. Oscar has extensive experience working as an RN in emergency departments, surgical trauma ICUs, and cardiothoracic ICUs. He currently serves as a CRNA, specializing in obstetric anesthesia across various surgical environments.
In his leisure time, Oscar cherishes moments with his family, hiking, snowboarding, and track racing. He is an avid supporter of Orange Theory Fitness, having been a member since before the birth of his children.
Eliza Mae Tangonan, APN-C, PMHNP-BC is a distinguished, dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health, bringing over 15 years of comprehensive clinical expertise across diverse healthcare environments. Her multifaceted background spans psychiatry, aesthetics, primary care, nephrology, cardiology, hospice, and telehealth, allowing her to deliver deeply informed, holistic care tailored to the unique needs of adult and geriatric populations.
Eliza Mae is widely recognized for her compassionate, evidence-based approach and her exceptional ability to manage complex patient caseloads with precision and empathy. Her clinical excellence is matched by her leadership acumen—she plays an integral role in practice operations, provider collaboration, and client experience across psychiatric, aesthetic, and primary care disciplines.
A lifelong learner and advocate for clinical excellence, Eliza Mae earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University and completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Wilkes University. She holds active licensure in five states and remains committed to advancing patient outcomes through continuous professional development, innovation, and whole-person care
